Our Price Match Guarantee

We are committed to offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price possible to us. Our guarantee to you is that if you find the same product for sale at a lower price at one of our competitors, we will match that price.

How to claim

If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our UK based competitors, we will match that price. Please contact us at support@liquidgaming.co.uk and provide details of the product, where the product is being advertised at a lower price and the price at which it is being offered for sale (please provide links). The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to verify your price challenge and offer you a price match.

Terms & Conditions

•  The product in question must be new and identical in style, specification, size, and colour, and offered on the same terms as the product sold by Liquid Gaming.

•  Our Price Match Guarantee can be claimed against any competitor that ships it product from the mainland UK, including UK websites but excluding factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales, and liquidation (or any other "closing down" or insolvency) sales.

•  The competitor store or website must have the product in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery.

•  We must also have the product in question in stock.

•  Gift vouchers are exempt.

•  No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or discount applies. Any other retailer's price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.

•  We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.

•  The price being matched must include all taxes (including VAT), postage and packing charges as applicable (please note some company’s may offer cheaper product prices but include overpriced postage costs to make their products seem better value).

•  All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Liquid Gaming.

•  We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time.
